2 different Epson printer with exactly the same issue

I have (1) Epson Artisan 1430 and (1) Epson WF-7620. They both appear to have the same issue occuring at approx. the same time. Both have banding. I went through all the recommended steps - cleaning print heads, align print heads, changed out ink cartridges, etc. Does not seem to make a difference. Could this be software update related?

What kind of banding? Does it look like this?
