Dear Members,
Total newby wanting some desperate help. Thanks in advance for all participants of this thread.
I have a Ricoh 2018D which is producing pages which are mis-aligned.
I have checked the paper trays and the paper is loaded correctly and snugly.
The paper seems to feed from the trays properly and true, and it also exits the printer straight and true. But the print is at an angle which is unacceptable. Pic attached below
This problem seems to have started when we moved the printer from one room to another. However, I can find any faults.
Please help.
