6 week old Epson ET-2850 print out alignment problem - again!

Hey guys! Chris from Glasgow here. I bought a new Epson as my old one was printing barcodes for my online postage orders that'd send you dizzy. To the point where the Post Office could not scan them.

So I bought a new Epson ET-2850 from PC World in August.

Everything was fine for 2 weeks, then I was away from the office for a month.

Now I've returned, the new printer has started doing exactly the same as the old one! See pic!

Any advice folks would be verrrrry much appreciated.
