9130CW Fuser Door Open error. Wont go away

I recently changed the fuser assembly on my Brother 9130CW. ON restarting I got a "clear paper jam" error. There was no paper jam. When I re-closed the rear door ( fuser door ) got error message saying fuser door open, please close. Door is firmly closed. Think I might have buggered some sensor or something in changing fuser assembly. Anybody know how to do a diagnostic to see where error might be and what part might n eed replacing?
Firmware upgraded today to 4811.
