I have a Canon Pixma Pro 100-S printer. In the printer dialog box, if I select any fine art paper and choose an A4 size, I get an error message that this is not available and offers an 11 in by 17 in paper size instead! This happens whether I select rear tray or manual feed. The printer will not allow any A4 size except with 30 size margins which prints too small.
Printing A4 with photo papers is not a problem.
I spoke with Canon support who merely sent the instructions on loading paper into the printer and did not address my problem.
Any ideas?
