Activate USB for printing and scanning (XC9245, XC4140)

Hey guys

I am trying to activate the USB port on our XC9245 and XC4140 so that users can either scan to USB or print directly from USB.
So in the Ports section I activate USB but it doesn't show up on the display.

Which setting am I overlooking here?
