Hi, on my WorkForce (WF) 2630, I can print by CloudPrint, but if I choose AirPrint the device (iOS 10.2.1) is unable to find the printer.
The same with my MacBook Pro, macOS 10.0.3: the printer appears not connected.
How can I fix it?
You have to make sure that your printer is airprint compatible, I know I've had my fair share of headaches with sharp. Call Workforce technical support, give them your model number and see what they tell you.
