Anyone know how to safely downgrade an Epson WF2630 's firmware?

everything I've come across seems sketchy. It seems like in the latest firmware upgrade the removed the factory reset menu options.

I see the problem. To answer your question, no one that doesn't want to get sued for bypassing restrictions companies put in place to make money. Whether or not Wicreset is really in the Ukraine doesn't matter. It can literally happen anywhere, anytime. Wicreset is the most proven software for downgrading firmware.
