Auto Power On missing?

I have just bought an Epson WF-2930 printer in the UK and would like to enable auto power on similar to what I have had on previous printers. However there is no option available to do this, all I can see in settings is a reference to auto power off. Epson support do not seem to be able to understand the issue. Has anyone else been able to do this?
