Hi,
I'm baffled by a printer issue with my Canon MG7120. I open a word document. Type the same line multiple times. When I print it, it appears to be different types of fonts. Some lines are perfect, other lines are empty inside the character. I've used different Word versions on different PCs, but they all print the same. I have new ink cartridges (canon brand), under maintenance, I've cleaned the heads. Deep cleaning. Print head alignment. Nozzle check. Bottom plate cleaning. Roller cleaning. I've done everything, but no luck. Attached is a page I scanned in. Any ideas what might be causing this?
Thanks, Tom
