Best color printer for home use?

I've recently been looking for a good printer which would suit me, but the reviews on the internet weren't really helpful. I'm a student and I am looking for a printer which is cheap to run (and cheap to buy) and that can print colors. I am not looking for great print quality for large photos, just maybe for some small pictures and colored text. Scaning and copying isn't a must, but it is surely welcome. Any advice guys? Thank you in advance.
