best on budget transparent film printer

hello... i am new here. i have a problem:

i'm on project and i am searching for a printer capable of printing on transparent film/bopp/vinyl, eventualy on the both sides, and MUST print the color white. and all this on a rezonable price/quality ratio.

what solutions do i have?
