Best Photo Printer?

Hello-
I'm looking for recommendations for the best photo printer for an amateur. I currently have the Epson Artisan 1430 but it is printing lines that I can't get rid of by cleaning the printheads. It is just a hobby but I print a lot of photos (mostly 4x6, occasional 8x10) for scrapbooking. I am looking at the Canon Pro-100 but have read a lot of bad reviews due to printhead problems.

Any recommendations?

Hii,
I am also using the same brand printer , why you should try another printer of same company. May be issue was arising due ho some tech issue.
