Big printing prob, please help!!!

i have no clue why why printer is printing my pictures like this can someone please help, heres a pic of what its printing like as you can see its not good at all, i got new ink so its not that, my printer is a HP deskjet

* Are the attachments from a camera (noticed a thumb)?
* What does the "nozzle check" look like?
* General guidance is to Discontinue Any Printing other than nozzle checks until problem is resolved.
* I'm not that familiar with HP printers, but almost all of their printers use heat to explode the ink onto the paper. You can fry the print-head if you do more than nozzle checks ... which may have already happened. Bummer.
