Bizhub - Box Operator - showing no documents.

Hello,

I'm having problem with Pagescope Box Operator.

The software is installed (I tried multiple versions, the currently installed is 3.2.15).
I registered the printer, the connection is OK. When I go to the Windows Explorer I
can also see the user boxes and I'm able to access the one I need (the password is accepted).

The problem is that there are no documents in the folder.
However if I enter this user box on the printer the documents are present.

The PC is running on Win 7 64 bit, printer: Konica Minolta Bizhub C300.

I tried various versions of Box Operator, installed new printer's drivers.

I also tried to run it on Win XP machine. The result is the same.

I will appreciate your help.
