Good day people..
I came here in desperate need for help please.
I stay in a small town in SA, nearest agent that can help me is 250km from me.
I am having trouble with my machine.
I did replace 2 new drums yesterday, and this is how my colors look. It prints greenish etc on normal prints.
I tried to do a gradation, but upon stabilizing is shows Stabilize NG. Then in Utility mode, Stabilize could not be done there is an error state.
Machine shows no error.
I did clean glass, cleaned TB, and I did clean sensors.
Here is pictures attached for full tone and half tone test. I cannot see why I cannot do gradation.
All levels for dev units are above 6.75%
Would really appreciate all the help I can get.
