Hi,
I have the Epson XP-330. My black cartridge needs to be replaced. The Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow cartridges still have alot of ink. So I thought I would just change my printing preferences to “color” and be on my way. But I cannot. I keep getting a message to replace the black cartridge. I found lots of Info saying that printers should still be able to print if one or two cartridges are empty. I guess this does not hold true for Epsons? Does anyone know of a workaround or if this type of behaviour is by design? Thanks for the help.
