I have a problem with a HP print engine where the black ink is not "keying" to the gloss paper label. The ink rubs off, even after a day after printing. It seems like the ink is not drying. The ink is drying, but is not sticking (keying) to the stock. It is only gloss paper label stock that has the problem, all other stocks (matte paper, gloss and matte OPP) dry and key instantly. Has anyone else seen this problem and how was it overcome?
