Black Lines on Sheet (Canon ImageRunner 1310)

I recently brought my old Canon 1310 back to life but it leaves a black lines on the sheet, I need to know what I should change or clean
It should be noted that these stains are not toner dust, it is simply the toner already printed on the sheet. i appreciate help

That for sure looks like toner spill on the paper.
