Brother 9340 CDW Paper Jam Error

I received an error that there was a paper jam in the paper tray area. I removed the tray and CAREFULLY inspected the area and there is no jam. I then removed the toner cartridges and found a jam on top of the paper transport belt. I carefully grabbed and removed the paper completely in tact. I then removed the transport belt and inspected for any other jams and found none. I opened the back door and inspected there and all seems clear however the Paper Jam Error persists.

I am not new to clearing jams and generally if the machine is generating an error, there is probably a jam however I am unable to find the jam, and do not have any pages that are missing a small piece.

Thoughts (other than throw the machine away)?
