Hello and good afternoon,
The printer mentioned above was not working. After turning it on, there was no response. The usual troubleshooting steps, such as disconnecting it, holding down the power button, etc., did not resolve the issue. Therefore, I replaced the high power board. Although I took some pictures while opening and disassembling the printer, I had two parts left over after reassembling it. I attached photos of the parts.
The printer can now be turned on, but it reports that the front cover is open, which is not true. I suspect this is related to the missing parts. Can anyone tell me where exactly these belong? They should be on the side of the low-voltage board. I have also attached a photo of the open side.
Maybe someone has an exploded drawing of that machine?
