Brother HL-2140 - How to print document at 100%

Hello there,
I wish to print a template for an item which has a rule measure down the side of the page to ensure the printer prints the document @ 100%

I have tried all visible settings for the printer, including increase / decrease the page size, but the printed copies all show the item the same size - which is less than 100%

What next?
