Brother HL-L2310D - paper after printing is easily creased

with the printer Brother HL-L2310D of my friend,
the paper after printing is easily creased.
Please advice me how to fix it.

do you use used paper?
try with new paper.. if still like that, the paper pick roller already exhausted, you need to replace with new one

i'd still like to know what the paper feed kit is.
however, my problem seems to be solved at the moment
there is a slide at the back of the printer
it seems i didn't push it in properly
