Can someone please assist me providing tips with fixing the following issue with my brother HL-L8260CDW.
The printer works perfectly for a small period of time and suddenly it starts printing pages with dark (mixed colors, but mainly dark) background as you can see from image 3. I have tried resetting my new cartridges, restarting the printer, etc. that was suggested online to fix similar issues but not of them worked.
Photo 2 - Photo of underneath the drum unit for your reference. I could see loose paint dust sitting on this surface which I'm not sure is normal or contributing to this problem, if paper is supposed to roll on this surface when printing.
