BROTHER HL5370DW LOWER TRAY

My lower tray, that I use for legal, is no longer seen in the print screen where it shows tray 1 tray 2. Was working fine last week when I printed letter and legal combined document. Tray 1 is working fine. Do these tray lose connection? I cleaned the connections and still nothing. Any way to troubleshoot or is it time to buy a replacement? Thank you for any advice. Bill
