Hi all,
I have a Brother J1205W Inkvestment tank printer that I'm having a small issue with. I was printing a few things out then suddenly the printer stopped printing yellow. I tried some troubleshooting, including some print head cleanings, but nothing. I looked further I found that in the Brother print utility it says that yellow is low, but here's the thing: I took out the cartridges (which are see-through plastic) and there's still a good amount of ink in there.
Is there a way to get around this? If I had to guess, the printer seems to think that it's out of yellow, when that's clearly not the case.
Thanks all.
