Hi forum, I have owned a Brother J5330DW for three years and it has worked almost perfectly for most of that time. However, about 3 weeks ago, its ability to print photos onto glossy paper failed and the results are blurry and faded. see attached PDF
The printer is fine printing the same photo onto plain paper and normal type and graphics are reproduced perfectly. The Ink nozzles are clean, the ink cartridges are half full, and I have already checked that the paper feed is working OK and gloss paper settings are all as they should be.
I am wondering if this fault is something to do with the rollers but wondered if anyone can point me in the right direction to find the fault and correct it.
