Hello - I'm brand new to this forum and I need help. My printer that has never failed me suddenly stopped printing YELLOW, I have done multiple cleanings which actually have made things worse as the BLACK now has around 20 missing dots on the test prints. I have tried putting in a new YELLOW cartridge and have also entered MAINTENANCE MODE and have done number 3, 4 and 5 purges to no avail. The best I have now is an extremely faint YELLOW. I have a gut feeling that it is not a clogged head, but I have read about spraying compressed air into the hole leading to print head where the ink is sucked in? Could this still be a clog and what else could I try as I want to keep using this printer. It is a great all-in-one printer and hardly uses ink. Thank you in advance.
