Brother MFC 8690cdw power on problem

Hello, I have a Brother MFC L8690CDW which is not working, when I press the power button nothing happens. When I plug in the power cord the power led turns on but if I press the power button nothing happens. The button is OK I tested it. I disassembled the power source and when plugged in the voltage on the 24V output is 6,2 V. Is that OK?
