Brother MFC-9330CDW printed paper has a bumpy spot

Dear Experts

I have printer brother MFC-9330CDW when I print I am having the issue on a printed paper it has bump as in the snapshot below:

I tried to clean the drum but may be I didn't do it in a proper way as I am not sure the cause of the problem

Hi Zillah,

Did you manage to fix this issue with the indentations in the paper, I have the same model and it's just started doing the same thing.
