I've had my 9840 for about 8-9 years now with no problems until now. The status green lite doesn't lite up and I cannot print from my computer. The scanner and copier work fine. All cords are fine. USBs are fine. All drivers have been removed and reloaded. The computer recognizes it. When I send a file from the computer to the printer it accepts it without being stuck in que but does not print at all. Nothing. I was on hold about 3 hours the last couple days waiting for Brother tech support. Nothing from them.

Any clues??
