We have had our Brother MFC-J480DW for a few years without any trouble. Recently, one of our kids told me that color prints weren't coming out right. I've tried to clean the printhead and run some cleaning cycles, and am now getting more blue out than when I started, but now I've plateaued at a spot where most all of the little dashes in the cyan part of the Print Quality Check Sheet show something, most of the cyan lines are irregular compared to the nice, crisp, even magenta, yellow, and black lines. Here is a link to a picture of the Print Quality Check Sheet I'm referring to. (https://photos.app.goo.gl/kVZcL1wgrNfASD888).
I'm stumped as to what this could be and what to do about it. I would be grateful for any ideas. Thank you!
