Brother MFC-J491DW Printer Preferences Changed?

The layout for the printer preferences menu is significantly different and oversimplified than how it used to be. There's a significant lack of options, one of which is that I can no longer use a "fast draft" option. Which is REALLY upsetting because the one reason I got a Brother printer is because they don't (didn't) try to rob me by jacking up the print quality forcefully and having buy ink every two paper jobs. Is there any way I can get the old printer preference menu back???
