Hi,
I wonder if anyone can tell me in simple terms how to print a 6x4 (or any other size except A4) on a Brother MFC-J5730DW Printer via the Brother iPrint & scan app. The printer does not have any photo paper sizes except 10x15cm, nor does it have an option to use photo paper (although it does have a generic "glossy paper' setting. The iPrint app only offers 4x6, 5x7, 5x8 settings, none of which match anything on the actual printer. Every time I try to print, using the 4x6 borderless setting on the app and the 10.15cm setting on the printer I get a printer error saying wrong paper size.
I am sure there must be simple way to print a picture on photo paper at the required size but my brain cannot work it out. Additionally Brother make it impossible to find out because their customer service doesn't operate at weekends!
So if any one has a simple solution I would be forever grateful.
Many thanks,
Rob
