Brother MFC J6520DW ongoing printing issues

Hi to all in the forum,
I hope someone can shed some light on this issue.

I am printing in full colour and it print ok for 6-7 a4 prints then it suddenly fades.

So I do a test page print (see attached) it always looks distorted and blocks missing and it take about 3-4 advanced cleans before it corrects.

Also as its cleaning I hear some very high pitched noises which it does on random cleans.

I do some more printing and it fades again so I am in this cycle of Print a few then headclean.

Please help.

Be sure to use OEM Brother's Ink and cartridges.
Appears ink is clogging printhead.
Be sure ink is fresh (under a year old).
