Brother MFC J805 won’t print from network

My MFC j805 is networked with a desktop and laptop (both running Windows 10) and a smartphone 12. Everything worked smoothly before my recent cross country move. Now, the printer will produce a good manual copy from the glass plate, but print jobs sent from any of the devices result in blank sheets being produced. I have looked at every online support I can find with no solution. Any ideas out there? Thanks.
