Hello everyone,
I have a Brother MFCJ825DW Printer that isn't printing correctly.
When it prints, it prints one section and then the next section is shifted a little to the right. The third section is shifted to the left and aligns with the first section. This pattern continues for the rest of the page back and forth the entire way. I have attached a picture of how it would print a calendar as an example.
I have tried going through the printer menu and doing an alignment test print. It then asked which of the gray boxed has the least visible vertical lines. The next test prints don't show any improvement. It makes photo copies just fine which seems weird to me. It also prints online coupons fine but those use some kind of downloaded software that sends it to the printer. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thank you for your time.
