My Brother MFC-J6910DW has a problem. It prints most lines perfectly, but there are one or two per page, and always the same ones, that come out with the top half of the letter about one "dot" to the right of the bottom (see attached pic).
I've tried print head cleaning and alignment, and have tried different types of paper, no change.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
