Brtoher DCP-315 scanner not functioned on linux

Hi Guys,

May need your help on installing the Brother DCP-J315W. The printing part is fine, but I can't get our scanner working. I guess it's the driver problem.

My PC is on ubuntu 9.10. I try to google the solution but have no luck in finding the right solution. You guys are my last hope.
