Dear Friends
Before 2 years i bought a workcenter machine samsung: c480w . Last says i have a little problem with copy from machine and scan to machine. If i print from computer everything seem ok. But if i try to make a copy from scanner or scan a document to computer i get a black big line . It seem like need something callibration. I search from menu and from software of scanner but i cant find any option to make it. Do you have any ideas? I upload pictures of problem
