Can’t access web interface for brother mfc-665cw

Dear Experts

I have a brother mfc-665cw connected wired to my netgear router.

I assigned a static ip address to the printer

From a desktop I can ping the printer and I can print as well ,,,means desktop can talk to the printer.

But whenever I typed in the right ip address for the printer in 3 different browsers (error message: page could not be displayed!!!!)

I disabled the firewall and Antivirus same problem persisted .

What other troubleshooting should I do ?

I would consider updating the drivers, but the best solution would simply be to contact the manufacturer because there are certain hardware or software issues that can arise which they'll most likely know about.. or be able to solve.
