Can Brother (MFC-9460CDN) eeprom be reflashed?

Hi printer experts,

I have tried to update my firmware with the update tool, but it got stuck.... :mad:
Now my MFC-9460CDN can't print..... My computer (win 7) can recognise the printer, but when i try to update the firmware with the update tool, it says no printer found.
And the printer still keeps ringing.....

I've called Brother, and there, from level 2, said that there was no software in the printer. And it must be flashed.

Someone know where the firmware (without the software update tool) can be downloaded??
A step by step "how to" would be nice for flashing the firmware.... :)
