Can epson adjustment program fix diy dtg paper jammed issue?

my question is,, can Epson r3000 adjustment program fix paper jammed issues. My Diy Dtg r3000 was sett to roll printing with the
UFO designs base. Somehow got into Sheet mode and now stuck
in error message Remove jammed paper and restart.. I am open
to ideas...
