Can I use usb to rj45 adapter to make my wired printer wireless?

Hi,
I have a Samsung ML 1865 wired printer and I would like to make it wireless with a router. Only thing is, the router does not have a usb port and the printer does not have a rj45 port. So could I use a usb to rj45 adapter to make this work? (I have seen Amazon selling these)
