Can the HP6700 printer's fax function be used on a wireless home phone?

Product Name: HP 6700 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Can I set up my HP6700 All-In-One printer's fax function to work on my wireless home phone? And if so, how? I have AT&T wireless home phone service so it is no longer considered a land line and the wall jacks are not active.
