Cannot Print & Copy

Printer cannot be printed and copy .

Error Message is 10.-550-00 Printer failed to warm up . User intervention is required to call for service . Print and copy services are disabled .

Yes i had log and complain .

If any one can help me out to solve the issue that will be great

I think offering service advice is beyond the scope of this site. It would be best to have a qualified Xerox technician come and do the repair.

The problem is from the fuser unit . It need to be replaced

Sorry I can't help you. I take it Xerox won't sell you the fuser unit so you can replace it yourself?
