Canon imagerunner - How to use the "Divide to Pages" function without splitting up double sided documents

I need to scan a lot of double sided documents and I want to be able to use the "Divide to Pages" function, however this splits up the double sided documents into single sided PDFs. Ideally I want to be able to put in 100 double sided documents and receive 100 double sided PDFs.
