When I power on my Canon IR 2520 printer I get a "USB Download available - Network download available - IP address 1.168.1.109" message and the screen is locked. No other buttons work and the printer is undetected by the network or via usb direct connection and unresponsive to basically any other keypress or command. There are very few places which have documentation on this error except ONE youtube video where the user reported the only solution was replacing the motherboard. I am wondering if any of the Canon service techs or printer enthusiasts have encountered the same problem and have any alternative solutions.
