Canon irC3080i - default settings

Hi there

I have had to take my PC back to the factory settings. I have successfully re-installed my printer drivers. The machine itself is set to a default of Black and White but when I go to print anything, my PC is set to Colour as default. It won't allow me to edit the default settings and I don't want to have to go into properties every time I print. Can anyone help?
