This unit has tons of toner all over the transfer belt, and every page printed has streaks and blotches of toner all over it. I have been searching for a service manual for the printer and have had no luck. Can someone recommend a source for a factory service manual? Or is removing the belt assembly pretty simple? Thanks in advance for your advice.
